IntelMark AT-P DOD for Vyksa Steel Works

Vyksa Steel Works ordered a new pipe marking machine from INTELMET TECHNOLOGIES. Scope: basic and detail engineering, equipment supply, delivery and supervision of erection and commissioning.

The machine will be installed in Pipe Shop 3 and will mark round and profile pipe immediately after cutting. Round pipe 202–530 mm; square 160×160–400×400 mm; rectangular 180×140–300×200 mm.

Supply also includes a verification scanner for paint-mark quality and for the real position of the pilot line, and integration with the Linsinger flying-cut PLC. Delivery and start-up were planned for January 2018.
