New order from Japan

INTELMET will supply Nakata Manufacturing Co. (Japan) with two pipe marking machines for new 7″ and 10″ tube mills that Nakata is building for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

Scope: basic and detailed engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning. The machines mark pipes 60.3–177.8 mm and 114.4–244.5 mm with man-readable marking and 2D Data Matrix codes. INTELMET will also supply a scanner for mark recognition, a verification system for mark quality and integration with the mill’s Level 1 and Level 2.
